There are no restrictions, we adapt our retreat for all of  you.
Whether you are a beginner, intermediate or advanced, you are welcome to join us at all time.

Highlights

4 meditation practice sessions per day 

Small group of 10-15 people maximum

Every day, a discussion group with Master Asita.

3 to 6 nights in a dorm (individual or shared room extra charge)

2 meals per day (vegetarian)

Arrival Sunday

Arrival on Sunday from 2pm
Reception, Check-in, installation in your room and free time

5:30 pm : Start of the retreat and introduction to meditation by Asita

7:00 pm: End of the day, free time

Meditation days

 7:30 am : Breakfast
 8:30 am : 1st Meditation class
10:00 am : Break time
10:30 am : 2nd meditation class
12:00 pm : Lunch time
